Terms of service

1. What the service is

OddsHedge is a software and education service. The scanner monitors prices on prediction markets (such as Kalshi and Polymarket) and sportsbooks, flags moments when the same outcome is priced differently across venues, and the calculator shows how a position could be split across both sides. The playbook, alerts and community explain how members apply that information.

OddsHedge is not a sportsbook, exchange, broker or wagering operator. We do not accept, place or execute wagers or trades, we never hold or handle your funds, and we have no access to your accounts at any venue. Every position you open is placed by you, on your own accounts, at your own discretion.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old, or the legal age for wagering and prediction-market trading in your jurisdiction if that is higher, to use OddsHedge. You are responsible for confirming that the venues you use are legal where you are and for complying with their terms. Some venues are available only in certain countries or states, and some restrict or limit accounts that trade in particular ways; those are matters between you and the venue.

3. Membership, billing and cancellation

Memberships are sold as a monthly plan ($97 per month) or an annual plan ($497 per year). Payments are processed by Whop, and Whop's buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

The monthly plan may start with a free trial of 24 hours. A payment method is required to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the first monthly payment is charged automatically when it ends and the plan renews monthly after that. We reserve the right to limit trials to one per person.

You can cancel at any time from your Whop account. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for, and access continues until the end of that period. Refunds are handled under our refund policy at https://oddshedge.com/refunds. Prices may change for new members at any time; we will give existing members notice before a price change applies to their renewal.

4. No advice, no guarantee

Nothing provided by OddsHedge, on the website, in alerts, in the calculator, in the playbook or in the community, is financial, investment, legal, tax or wagering advice, and nothing is a recommendation to place any particular position. Example opportunities, sample receipts and any results shared by members are illustrative, are not independently verified, are not typical and are not a promise of future results. Prices move, orders fail to fill, bets are voided, markets resolve unexpectedly and accounts get limited. You can lose money on any position, and you are solely responsible for every decision and every stake.

5. Your account and acceptable use

Your membership is personal. Do not share your login, alerts, scanner data or community access with anyone who is not a member, and do not copy, scrape, resell or redistribute any part of the service. Treat other members with respect; harassment, spam, solicitation and the promotion of other paid services inside the community are not allowed. Do not use the service for anything unlawful or in breach of a venue's terms. We may suspend or end a membership that breaks these rules, without a refund for the current period.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the scanner and alerts running around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that every opportunity will be detected, or that data from any venue is accurate or timely. Venues change their APIs, odds formats and rules, and we may add, change or remove features, supported venues or community channels as the service evolves. We will not be liable for any loss arising from downtime, delays, missed or inaccurate opportunities.

7. Intellectual property

The OddsHedge name, marks, website, software, playbook and other content belong to us or our licensors. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own trading and learning while your membership is active, and nothing more. Content you post in the community stays yours, but you give us permission to display it inside the community and, if you post it in a channel designated for results, to use it in anonymised form.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OddsHedge and the people behind it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any trading or wagering losses, lost profits, voided bets, limited or closed venue accounts, or venue outages, arising from or connected to the service. Our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Termination

You can end your membership at any time by cancelling in your Whop account. We can end or suspend your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service, in which case we will refund any prepaid period we do not deliver.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects your rights we will let members know by email or inside the community before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
