Privacy policy

1. What we collect

When you become a member, Whop (our payment and membership provider) collects your name, email address and payment details. We receive your name, email, membership status and plan; we never see or store your full card number.

When you join the community we receive your Discord username and ID so we can grant and remove access. If you opt in to Telegram alerts we receive your Telegram handle.

When you use the website we collect the usual technical information (IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page) through our hosting provider's logs and through the Whop analytics pixel, which uses cookies to measure visits and attribute sign-ups to the page or ad that brought you here. Inside the product we keep basic usage information, such as which alerts and features you use, to run and improve the service.

2. How we use it

To provide the membership (grant access, send alerts, run the community), to bill you and handle support, to keep the service secure and prevent trial abuse, to understand how the website and product are used, and to send you service emails about your membership. If you opt in, we may also send occasional product updates and offers; you can unsubscribe at any time from the link in any such email.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only with the providers we need to run the service: Whop (payments, membership and analytics), Discord and Telegram (community and alerts), Vercel (website hosting) and email tooling used for member communication. Each processes your data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with sportsbooks, exchanges or advertisers.

4. Cookies

The website uses cookies set by the Whop pixel to measure traffic and attribute sign-ups. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the website keeps working without them.

5. Retention

We keep membership and billing records for as long as you are a member and afterwards for as long as we need them for accounting, dispute and legal purposes. Community messages remain in the community under Discord's rules. Website logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.

6. Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing oddshedgeadmin@gmail.com. If you are in the EU, UK or California you have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to access, portability and deletion, and the right to complain to your local data-protection authority; we honour these rights for all members regardless of location. Deleting your data may mean we can no longer provide the membership.

7. Children

OddsHedge is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and memberships require you to be at least 21 or the legal wagering age in your jurisdiction. If you believe a minor has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.
