Refund policy

OddsHedge is a digital membership that gives you immediate access to the scanner, alerts, calculator, playbook and community. Because access is delivered instantly, our policy is simple: try it free first, cancel anytime, and no refunds on periods that have already been charged.
1. The free trial
The monthly plan starts with a free trial of 24 hours. If you cancel from your Whop account before the trial ends, nothing is charged. If you do not cancel, the first monthly payment of $97 is charged automatically when the trial ends. Trials are limited to one per person.
2. Monthly plan
Monthly payments are not refundable once charged. You can cancel at any time; cancelling stops the next renewal, and your access continues until the end of the month you have paid for.
3. Annual plan
The annual plan ($497) is billed once per year and is not refundable once charged. You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal, and your access continues until the end of the year you have paid for.
4. Exceptions
We will refund a payment in full if it was charged in error (for example a duplicate charge), if we discontinue the service before the end of a period you have paid for, or where a refund is required by law. If something has gone wrong with your access and we cannot fix it, email us and we will sort it out fairly.
5. How to cancel
Log in to your Whop account, open your OddsHedge membership and choose cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you have trouble cancelling, email oddshedgeadmin@gmail.com before your renewal date and we will cancel it for you.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing problem, please contact us first; we respond quickly and resolve genuine mistakes. Disputing a charge with your bank instead of contacting us may result in your membership being closed.
